Covington was one of their first victims. Paroled in July 2009 after serving six months for assaulting his girlfriend. According to his testimony he was sexually assaulted half a dozen times from August to September 2009. As seen in this recording, Covington submitted to a cavity search and then was forced into oral and anal sex with a State Parole Officer. According to a court appointed psychologist, Covington is still suffering from psychological trauma.
